Who we are

Ring Daisy is a phone answering service for garden centers. It is run by Rekindle LLC, Albuquerque, NM. This policy covers this website and the texts Ring Daisy sends.

Information we collect

Demo requests. When you ask for a demo, we collect the website, name, email and phone number you enter, the date and time of your request, and whether you checked a text consent box.

Call alert sign-ups. A garden center that uses Ring Daisy lists the mobile numbers of its staff and owner. When one of them texts YES to the center's Ring Daisy number, we record the number, the date and the time.

Site visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It records the page visited, the site you came from, and general device and country information. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

We use it to build the demo you asked for, to answer you, and to send call alerts to the people who signed up for them. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Ring Daisy texts only people who signed up by texting YES from their own phone to their garden center's Ring Daisy number (see how to sign up). We never text a number before that. These are our own service messages to the people who run and staff the garden center: call alerts, replies to the owner's updates, and a weekly reminder when the product list is out of date. We never text a garden center's customers, and the texts contain no marketing.

Signing up is optional and is not a condition of using Ring Daisy. You will receive up to 30 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Texts about a demo you asked for are a separate Rekindle LLC program, with their own consent boxes on the demo form. Their terms are at www.rekindletext.com/terms-and-conditions.

Data retention

We keep demo request details as long as we need them for the demo. We keep each sign-up and opt-out as the record of your consent. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, using the contact details below.
